We really believe that working in healthcare is a calling from which we do and should feel meaning, purpose and joy in work.  We all too often hear about the hardships, the resource challenges and some of the negative outcomes associated with providing healthcare. 

We need to hear more positive stories; those that make us proud of the work we do. And we need to know what it takes to make those moments happen and what gets in the way of them happening more often.  These stories and ideas need to be shared so that we can celebrate the contribution we make to people's lives and...equally as important...inspire the change that is needed to make everyday the Best Day in Healthcare
